About me: I first traveled out of the country when I was in high school and I instantly fell in love with exploring the world. As a member of Model UN, I also attend conferences at the United Nations in New York City and gained an appreciation of all of the different countries around the globe. I earned two bachelor degrees in Sociology and History with dual minors in Psychology and French and then graduated Law School. I worked in law firms in the DC Metro area before starting my own business. I have recently graduated from the Travel Institute and the International Career College and I am TAP certified. In my free time I like to read, cook/bake, garden, hike and of course travel! I love supporting my favorite sports teams....Pittsburg Penguins, Steelers, and Pirates. I am a huge foodie and I have dined at numerous Michelin Star, James Beard, and celebrity chefs' restaurants. Most of all, I love spending time with my wonderful family!!
About my family: I have been a proud police wife for 23 years. We have 2 amazing children and one adorable doggie named Buzz. My daughter, Hanna is a graduate of WVU and is working on her masters in Psychology. She loves to travel, especially to Disney to see Stitch (her favorite), trying new foods, and competitive cheerleading. My son, Ty, is in the US Army, Infantry Divison. He enjoys working out everyday, movies, hunting, and road trips with friends and family. I have always made travel a priority for my family. I believe that geography, history and culture is best learned first hand. I believe my children have gained a lot of knowledge and understading of the world and the people around them because of the trips we took and they applied those elements to their education in school and in life. You will definately see them in pictures and posts of our travels on my social media pages.
About Destinations By Kimberly, LLC: My business is licensed in West Virginia but I am able to complete sales all around the world. I am registered and insured. I graduated from Avoya Travel University. I am a certified brand specialists for Royal Carribbean, Carnival Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Amtrak Vacations, and Sandals Resorts, Club Med and Disney. However, through my affiliation with the Avoya Travel Network, I have the ability to book all vacations from all suppliers all over the world.
